Our enterprise solution for the management of education, social and demand response transport covers the whole lifecycle from planning the delivery, through to managing the daily variations, to providing key information on financial performance to the finance department.
At the heart of our route planning tools are sophisticated scheduling and optimisation systems that allow planners to work out the minimum number of vehicles, drivers and/or contracts needed to deliver the service. The software supports 'What if' modelling allowing various scenarios to be investigated including contracting in/contracting out, modified shift structure, etc. Surrey County Council was able to save 9% through use of our software.
The software supports daily operations such as vehicle/driver availability or the daily management of escorts.
Finance information is managed within the suite and interfaces to common finance systems speed up delivery and reduce errors due to manual input.
