Account Invoicing Explained
You can set up specific settings for each account, such as individual VAT rules, specific service rules, general discounts, booking fees and booking discounts.
Admin receives job prices from Evocab, which can be calculated automatically by the system, priced by Account or Driver (depending on system configuration, of course), or entered manually. Once in Admin, prices can be checked and confirmed, before invoices and credit sheets are printed.
A simple user interface makes it possible to rapidly produce customisable invoices for account customers, while a selection of system reports to see how your company is doing.
The database of information created by Admin can be used with other Windows applications such as spreadsheets, and the full accounting systems like Sage Line 50.
