Arriva Selects Trapeze Scheduling System

MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM - Arriva Passenger Services has awarded Trapeze Software UK Limited a contract to deliver the timetable, bus and crew scheduling software for Arriva’s UK bus operations.

The implementation of the Trapeze software is part of Arriva’s technology investment initiatives to support its agenda for quality Public Transport, making customer care a priority and meeting local transport needs.

Arriva Passenger Services is one of the largest UK bus operators running routes in urban centers including Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, London and Leicester. It also operates services in some of the most remote and rural areas.

Trapeze Software is a leading international company specialising in the design, development and implementation of transport planning, scheduling, operations, and passenger information systems. The Trapeze systems support a diverse set of transport models and services including public, community, education, health and social services.
