Trapeze Acquires Cerney Computer Services

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO, CANADA -

TRAPEZE SOFTWARE GROUP announced today it has acquired Cerney Computer Services Limited, a software company specializing in demand response scheduling, dispatching and reporting systems for Community Transport.

Both Trapeze and Cerney have a similar focus and dedication to the development of software applications for the people transport sector. Based in South Cerney (Gloucestershire, UK), Cerney Computer Services Ltd. has an established and proven product for supporting operations and management within the Community and Dial-A-Ride transport market. The company has more than 70 clients in the UK using the SNT software on a daily basis.

This merger will enable both Trapeze and Cerney to combine resources and areas of expertise in order to promote an agenda that provides a comprehensive product and service offering for the public and community transport sectors within the UK.
