Trapeze UK Enhances Solution Offering with Comprehensive Vehicle and Workshop Management System
MANCHESTER, ENGLAND | August 26 2008 - Acquires Southern Computer Systems Ltd. and its Fleetmaster system -MANCHESTER, ENGLAND, 26 August, 2008 — Trapeze Group today announced that it has enhanced its solution offering with the acquisition of Southern Computer Systems Ltd. (Southern Computer) of North Somerset, England. The acquisition adds Southern Computer’s market leading fleet management software solution, known as Fleetmaster, to the Trapeze enterprise solution portfolio.
Southern Computer is a long established privately-held company providing fleet management software solutions to Local Authorities, bus companies and coach operators throughout the UK.
The company’s flagship product, Fleetmaster, is a comprehensive vehicle and workshop management system, designed to control and monitor all aspects of fleet maintenance and costing. In addition, the system can integrate with other software such as financial and costing systems together with the technology to import electronic information from fuel, tyre and many other electronic management systems or devices.
