Trapeze UK Enhances Solution Offering with Acquisition of Grampian Software Holdings Limited

Manchester, England, April 17, 2007 — Trapeze Group today announced that it has enhanced its solution offering with the acquisition of Grampian Software Holdings Limited (Grampian). The acquisition adds Grampian’s market leading Duty Allocation and Distillery Records and Management systems to the Trapeze portfolio.
