Duty Allocation
The Trapeze Duty Allocation System (DAS) covers the operation of employee rotas from the initial allocation of staff through to the production of timesheets ready for payroll processing.
Designed to reduce labour costs through improved driver and vehicle management, the system records variations to the planned schedule of activity and highlights the availability of resource allowing work to be reallocated efficiently and cost effectively. The application of local payroll terms and conditions is fully automated providing a seamless interface to payroll.
In addition, the Trapeze DAS solution includes modules covering vehicle allocation and mileage analysis along with electronic sign on and an equipment register. Standard operational reports are available throughout the system, together with the ability to produce detailed management reports from the integrated reporting database.
