IT Manager, Based in Staverton

We are looking for an IT Manager to lead a small team, manage projects within the agreed budget, adhere to strict SLA`s, meet specific contractual requirements and liaise with senior management to develop solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency across the business.

Ideal candidate will have an excellent technical background, solid project management skills, strong communication skills and exceptional problem solving skills.

What is involved?

The IT Manager will…

• Build the IT strategy by working closely with the company to understand the business needs and organisational goals
• Actively seek opportunities to use new technologies to deliver higher efficiencies and lower costs in the business
• Get involved in project specification, planning and hand over to implementation
• Contribute fully as an active team leader, to ensure personal and team objectives are achieved or surpassed
• Be a resource and a point of escalation for strategic matters for your team members.
• Take ownership of client technical setup and infrastructure
• Monitor profitability of client contracts, make recommendations to improve profitability of existing clients.
